Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered within 2–5 business days of the order by parcel locker or courier. Delivery is free for orders of 30 €. Delivery may be delayed during the holiday season.
Returns
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item has not been used or damaged and its appearance has not materially changed.
- The item is returned in its original undamaged packaging with all accessories. The buyer covers the cost of return.
- After receiving the returned item and assessing its quality, the seller refunds the price of the item and its delivery costs within 14 days.
